Monday, April 16 by Krista We recently had the pleasure of welcoming artist Lyman Whitaker to our gardens for a few days while he installed 122 of his pieces for our summer art exhibit, “Wind Sculptures in Motion: The Kinetic Art of Lyman Whitaker,” presented by Reliant.
Internationally renowned sculptor Lyman Whitaker is widely respected for the sophistication of his Wind Sculptures. Since the 1980's he has focused his artistic ability on gracefully capturing the spirit of the wind through his kinetic art. An array of interesting Public Art Installations provides a broad venue for Lyman's kinetic work.
